Cranberry Lemon Cake Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Cranberry Lemon Cake Baking Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 10-inch springform pan.
